CARD’s Emergency Services Program provides low income customers with assistance in emergency situations.  CARD believes that a person often needs a “hand-up” rather than a “hand-out” on their journey out of poverty.

Each of CARD’s County Representatives will make efforts to assist with your emergency situation and/or offer referrals for a possible long term solution.
